Our exercise science approach means our expert strength and conditioning programs are not only designed to improve performance, but to prevent and manage injuries as well.

Without the added benefit of injury risk assessment for each individual within your team, general strength and conditioning goals may be achieved but individual weaknesses and underlying problems may be missed, which can potentially amplify pre-existing issues. Our Strength and Conditioning is uniquely designed for the needs of your athletes, incorporating everything from range of motion, activation and motor control patterning, loading phases, plyometrics, and sport-specific biomechanics.

We discuss with athletes and coaches exactly what they want to achieve and plan macro- and micro-cycle programs to help them reach their goals. We know that communication with clubs and coaches is key to getting the best results and we value working closely with all those involved with the club or team.

Fitness testing and injury risk assessment are vital tools we strongly believe every sporting team should utilise, but more often than not, we find many teams do not risk assess their athletes. Risk assessment is important in order to pick up any underlying weaknesses within an athlete which may highlight an increased risk for injury. We track our current sporting teams and annually review and track injury rates. We have also been able to positively reduce all that reported rates of injury for all our sporting teams, reducing cost expenditure for teams and reduced time off play for athletes.

Our fitness testing is designed specifically for the needs of your teams sport. We commonly track, power, speed, endurance, agility, flexibility and skill specific drills. Fitness testing is not only beneficial to track your athletes progress, but also help determine their short term and long term goals and monitor progress.
